Refund & Exchange Policy
Here at Roar & Foam we want you to be happy with your purchase and have set out the following terms and conditions.
We will offer a refund if the item is faulty and pay for return postage.
If the item doesn't fit, we offer a free size replacement but if unavailable we can issue a store credit.
We don't offer a refund for change of mind purchases.
All invoices must be paid in full before item is posted.
We will offer an exchange or store credit for full price items and sale items within 14 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
1. Customer contacts us at email@example.com for an authorised return number.
2. Any item returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags must be attached, and garment returned in original packaging(if applicable).
3. Customer pays for return postage costs but we will cover the cost of posting any exchange back to you.
