Back to pilates!
Happy 1st Feb!
I have to admit I am really happy it’s February!
January is such a limbo month for me where it’s a blur of kids and school holidays but February brings with it a bit of calm. I’m now officially an empty nester during the day as all our girls are at school!
The last week has been a bit of grieving for me. Our eldest has started year 12 and I’m having to let go just a bit. The youngest is now in prep, so I’m again having to let go just a bit.
In the midst of it all, I’ve been really pondering about what I want to do this year....
I’ve set myself some challenging goals and in an attempt for maintaining my own accountability, I am declaring some of them to you lovelies!
I need to reduce my stress levels so I’ve restarted my morning/evening walks. See my new friend below!
I’ve started and will continue mat pilates via zoom with my gorgeous instructor Bianca.
This week I’m also stepping out and trying a new reformer studio eek! Soooo excited! Reformer pilates is one of my absolute passions but in the midst of Covid last year, I fell away from it. It’s a big goal of mine to find the right studio and get back into it.
One of my other goals is to connect and share more with you all as we build this community. I would love to restart our weekly Facebook live try ons and aiming for this week!!!
